ABOUT ME
Suzanne Humbert paints, writes, draws, sings, dances and celebrates the gratitudes of life all over the vibrant Silicon Valley Bay Area in California and Denver Colorado.
She has over 15 years experience from working in residential treatment programs for substance abuse and mental health clinics. She has served a variety of people with varying mental health, addiction, and healing needs.
Ms. Humbert specializes in trauma informed care approaches, harm reduction modalities, and loves to integrate creative process to help people heal from trauma.
Ms. Humbert is currently on a watercolor painting healing journey, and relaxing when life gets to be too much! You can find her all over California, Truckee, and Reno Nevada, and Denver Colorado facilitating self-love workshops, knitting, painting, and spiritual retreats!
